Chile-Peru espionage dustup

See my Page One Miami Herald story on Peru-Chile espionage scandal that is rocking the west coast of South America. It will be interesting to see if this raises President Alan Garcia's poll numbers, and whether or how it might impact the Chile presidential election later this month.
