Pay discrepancy report out at IADB

The Inter-American Development Bank has issued a report on the pay discrepancy in Latin America between white men and women and minorities. The results are a little surprising. Brazil is at the bottom of the pile, along with Nicaragua and Uruguay. Bolivia and Ecuador show the greatest improvement. The Christian Science Monitor has an article on the report. A warning: These reports are based on data provided by in-country sources. Some are more accurate than others. Some are more politically biased and agenda-driven than others.
